During the trial period, choose any membership or organization plan at no cost and no payment details. Musrefy Awards packages, tickets and services are not part of the trial.

Services & prices
Single services and packs are bought where you use them: when you post a job, event, program or tender beyond your plan allowance, or when you feature a listing. Packs add units to your allowance for 12 months.

Billing questions
Is there a free plan?
No. Every Musrefy account starts with a paid annual subscription. The allowances included in a plan are part of its value, not free services.
How is a subscription paid?
Plans are annual and paid in advance. You can also prepay 24 months and save 10%, or 36 months and save 15%.
Do unused allowances roll over?
No. Jobs, events, programs, tenders and featured days included in your plan are valid during your subscription year and do not carry over to the next one.
What happens when I use up my allowance?
You can keep going: each extra item is charged at the published price of the matching service, or you can buy a pack.
Can I upgrade during the year?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan of the same type at any time. The unused part of your current plan is credited pro rata against the new plan.
What currency are prices in? Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, government fees and third-party costs, which are added where they apply.
What happens when my plan ends?
We remind you 30 and 7 days before the end date. Renewal is at the price list in force on the renewal date. After the end date your benefits continue for a 7-day grace period, then the plan expires.
Does a plan include advertising or sponsorship?
No, unless the plan explicitly says so. Advertising, campaigns and sponsorship are quoted separately.
